Hi,
I've been having a problem over the last couple of days, where when I try to log in at the initial little blue asgs screen, it tells me that "the specified account does not exist". I got to this problem because on Friday evening I was in a game, where no one wanted to comm, but I was willing. I was wearing my @CDT-A tag, and logged out to take it off. When I tried to log back on, it told me that it couldn't connect. I tried to log in several times, and reentered the password, etc. I also tried logging in with the tag on. After a bit, it started telling me that the specified account did not exist. I tried again, also using any passwords that I can remember using when I sign up, but to no avail. I ended up creating a new nick, just so I could actually get on and play. I searched the forum, and noticed that ofrogue (http://www.freeallegiance.org/forums/in ... +not+exist\) had the same problem, and it looked like he just ended up with a password reset. Is that what I need?
I didn't fill out the template because I'm almost certain that that has nothing to do with it. I will if it turns out necessary.
Specified account does not exist
Hey Lupo
I've reset your password. Check your email account for the new one and let us know here if you're all set.
