Then he logs on as retalliator(0) and kills a miner, gets booted comes back as retalliator(1) along with a +TigerEye@BS - both posers.. now he's $retalliator(30) - all spamming @#(!... getting tiresome

I for one would really like a definitive announcement on who this is. Community justice seems much more powerful and lasting than even a permaban.
