Err, sorry for not posting a personal good bye people. I'm stepping down due to real life issues. It really bugged me, holding this position while not being able to contribute even 1/10th of the time and effort I used to. FreeBeer has graciously accepted my request to take over and continue keeping the helpline running. I can't really take credit for what it is right now. I took over from Grimmwolf who had already created much of the framework that we follow and I just had to keep the tech support flowing. The volunteers and helpline mods are the real stars of the operation.
I'll see you all in a year or so, hopefully.
