nope, well, i went over the TF hitbox, and it makes the IC int look like a cabin cruiser

yeah... not comparable at all, i havent done comparisons against gunmounts yet, but that is tough to shoot.

I imagine that head on they are roughly equivalent. (tf probably thinner) the problem i have is that from the sides, the tf int is still an ugly kill

Ah so the new int hitbox is harder to hit than the old one?

What freaking moron chooses to do 100% of their dogfighting head on?

Hitting the thing from the sides, back, top, and bottom are what matters.

If PsycH's drawings are accurate then he is correct, it's way too freaking small.

god people are dumb
tf ints are hard to hit because they have a combination of lower mass and higher accel than any other faction
then they have the fuel perk
then they have the hitbox that is smaller in some aspects and larger in others than other factions
then they have the paint job

saying tf ints are hard to hit because of the hitbox is like saying ic is the dominant sg faction because they get free ships

alright, so i went and tested the hitbox, it is TINY. That picture outlines the rough OUTSIDE of the hit detection. I was able to SHOOT THROUGH THE MODEL IN MULTIPLE PLACES. To top that off, the whole middle between the 2 front parts is empty.

If you dont believe me, go check yourself, this was done with a SF using sniper from nearly perfectly above.

that hitbox picture, is very, VERY wrong.
Don't shoot and draw, that's inaccurate. If you want to see the hit-box open the CVH file in milkshake using AMT. I'd do it aand post the photo here but I don't have milkshake/AMT installed right now.

A lot of people seem to be making this personal.

I'm curious, how much less likely are the new tf INTS to be hit than the old ones, all things being equal?
