downloading problem

i always go to the top sticky and scroll down to the second one when i retry downloading and i everything it says to get the latest version why wont it work?
I need a lot more CHEESE. I BE CRACKERS!!!!!

Sounds like it might be your browser caching the download.

Try deleting your browser's temporary files, or use another browser if you have one.
