3- I registered padre long ago and it had nothing to do with sirsmilez.

3b- I never knew he was called padre, I like fine SirSmilez and have no grudge against him now or in the past.
Lies.

IIRC, TA, he came to GB. Then within a week or two he tried to become Cadet Advisor for us (them) and when he was rejected, he left shortly thereafter.

Well the problem was two fold, I didn't get along with a few people in RT (not going to name people, though most of RT are awesome) and I was becoming a bit of an asshat as my mothers cancer progressed. I took around 6 months off from most things and was asked to join GB and decided that was the right squad at the right time.

lol. Again. Lots of memory problems going on dude. :P

I was made a cadet advisor for GB and I'm not sure if I was asked or if I asked, I did a good job helping many a cadet and recruited some great people into GB. I stayed in GB for almost a year, not leaving for anything bad- wanted to try some other things, GB is a great with awesome people. My mother had passed at this point and I think I just needed a break.

I was going to set up a squad a few months after and we had 24 players for it, shortly after that was the time SRM had the mass exodus and it was suggested by a variety of people that maybe we could pool our players into SRM. The majority of people I was working with said it was a good thing, so Xason and I made it happen. The main reason I left SRM over a year later was it was becoming impossible to log in to alleg regularly (even monthly was difficult).

All the squads I was in were good, and they all deserve bright futures, some I'd rejoin in a heartbeat. I don't quite agree with the philosophy of being in one squad until your dead, but I do understand it, for me it seems to be a good thing to have a variety of experiences. Each of the squads I was in had very unique style in its people, gameplay, and teamwork. Quite the adventure.
n.b. I may not see a forum post replied to me or a pm sent to me for weeks and weeks...

No argument there, RT had a few really annoying people at that time, I didn't last much longer myself IIRC
