Shouldn't missing d3dx9_41.dll file be included with installer?

So I've formatted my hard drive, reinstalled Alleg for the XXth time (where XX is a number I've lost count on  ) and found out that d3dx9_41.dll is missing.

Shouldn't it be included, to save the hassle?

No, installing latest DirectX (including latest DirectX 9 updates) is the way to fix it. ;)

zero falcons point still stands though, directx9 has a license that allows people to bundle it with programs. it should be included with the installer. or at least the parts that alleg needs, to save space (yes, the license allows you to only install part of it).
