Are we able to change the asgs email addresses now? I seem to remember something about it breaking stuff.

This is correct. It was 90 days without login last time it happened to me. I think it got bumped to 180 a couple of years back.

Pretty much everyone who deals with new players and everyone who's on helpline staff is like what you've seen here.

We're used to it because years ago it was a LOT harder to get into game.
