I notice it maybe once or twice a week, and only in a little bit after I already read them.

That happens to me when i read the forum at my girlfriend's place and then check them from my home: almost all topics i read are still marked as unread.

Just in that case, however.

Agreed.

But, like others, it is not a constant issue. But it has happened quite a few times.

On some forums this happens when you use "back" to exit a thread as opposed to scrolling to the top and clicking on one the subforum you are reading it in. I don't think it works the same on this one as I've never noticed that happen and I always use back, but its worth thinking about I guess...

That doesn't.

But it will show this even if I have read the thread.

Edit: IIRC this is a problem occurs separately from the one I stated in the first post. (Happens far more often and doesn't appear to be related in occurrence.)
