IMO Super Heavy class should obscenely expensive and only counterable by an opposing team of super heavy class.

If we're going to go around and around with this bull@#(! about "well it's powerful but it's really expensive but once you get it it will guarantee victory" then we might as well just start turning prosperity on all the time, because it's really the same thing.

The issue I have is that it is a) not obscenely expensive and b) is mainly counterable by either super heavy class or sup, in a metagame where sup is dominant for many other reasons as well.
