The question is about your hardwareLocke wrote:QUOTE (Locke @ Dec 1 2009, 01:22 PM) Video Card (Make and Model#): I have DX 9.0c is that it? if not tell me where to find it

One way to find these is using dxdiag.
Click Start->RunType "dxdiag" press enterSelect the Display tabWhat is written in the Device Name box is your gfx/video cardSelect the sound tabWhat is written in the Device Name box is your sound car
Moving this back to the Helpline for now. Please post the logs in your Allegiance directory (you can wrap them in blocks) and determine the graphics card using notjarvis' tips.
Also, can you neither increase nor decrease the resolution? Which one have you tried? What's the resolution you want to have? Does your graphics card support it on the desktop?
Code: Select all

ProbeMonkey is correct, your resolution changes only in-game.
To use non-standard resolution, please follow those instructions.
Please report back, even if it works fine for you!
