You can change your IP. I used to host a game where the banned would do that

This was on BYOND. I used to host a game, and we had a no hacking policy. The hackers would strike (And BYOND is relatively easy to hack) and I would ban their key (Callsign) and IP and they'd just make another key and change their IP to re-enter and hack again. (Why, I'll never know)

From what I've seen, the Allegiance community is actually rather nice. With the exception of a commander or 2 when they're losing. When a commander is winning they're all AWESOME! Oooh. Yesterday I flew with Fwiffo. Best game I ever played! ^_^ Fwiffo is a nice guy.
