Hi all,
I am looking to run the Star Wars mod on a LAN server.
Does anyone know where I can go to down load the required files???
Many thanks,
Leo

if youve played online, it should already be downloaded onto your comp (it updates automatically when you start playing Alleg online)
From there, i guess you'd need the server client, and find the proper core file to use within your artwork(?) directory.
PS. Don't take what i'm saying too seriously, since i aint exactly 100% sure of what i'm talking about since i haven't run an LAN game of alleg in months.

Thanks for that.
I see......So if I understand correctly, all I need to do is rename some files in the artwork directory???
Anyone know which files I need to tinker with

Once you've got your server up and running, it will be serving zone_core.igc (the original MS core).
Copy over the starwars core from your game's artwork folder into your server's artwork folder, as well as any .cvh files used by it. I think Weedman followed a naming convention to keep all of his files together. Look for sw_ files and copy all the cvh's.
Finally, put your server into service mode, and add registry entries for each core you want to server.
Game1 = "Leopard's Starwars Game"
Core1 = "sw_whatever"
... replace sw_whatever with the filename of the starwars core's igc file.
That should be good. Sorry I don't have time for a more detailed set of instructions,
