Belter HTTs could just be able to slap any old booster on to varying effect and amplify the insanity that is a belter HTT being pushed hard and nanned by heavy ints. Belter exp's downfall isn't their HTTs, though, it's the awkward handling ints that are so damn hard to maneuver well.
