is FAO run like a corporate company with many secret talks happening underground ?

hey don't get it wrong here. I'm very pleased it's Cort.

I'm just voicing my concern about the "obscure and underground" process of choosing ZLs that went on.

or to said in another way: i'm fine with the result but not the method used.
