I used to play Allegiance when it was in Beta and played it a few years after.
I picked it up a few weeks ago and was happy to see it was kept alive by you people
Today we are not many any more to play this wonderfull game.
I got booted twice : Once because a commander thaught I should stop dogfighting and save his pod first and second time because I left the wrong station with a bomber.
Point is : I can't play that game for one hour as there are no other games ongoing and the risk is high I end up with the same comm that will boot me again.
Comms should be aware of that and use this tool more carefully.
It is more frustrating as you think to be dependant of the mood of the few comms that are left and I'm not far from ragequiting.
Allegiance lost a lot of its charm
Presumably it was because your keyboard failed?
Anyways, if you were in beta w/b don't get discouraged.

He's got a legit complaint. The boot button is used far too often in my eyes as well. Commanders get frustrated and need an outlet and they use the boot button for it a lot.

I'm in agreement with Striker here.
If it weren't for the administrative headache, I'd like to see the "No booting n00bies" rule brought back.
