Wow.

I can totally see myself in ten years, telling noobs how we used to have a website to teach how to fly instead of taking a smart nanotech pill which installs a whore mod in your brain.

The Academy was an invaluable tool to teaching myself how to command/play.

That was a great site. It was a fun and informational afternoon just browsing every page I could find in it.
