[CC forum is where the active updates happen, so I hope this is the right place to post this]

Raingriffin has outdone himself, and the model & skin are ready to go. I hope to see this evil and powerful looking version of the TF scout replace the pink plastic toy as soon as possible. It not beign an exact match for the rest of TF is no problem IMO, as the rest of TF looks horrible anyway. We can upgrade the look as new art comes along, right?

Is the hitbox ready? I'm looking forward to blowing up pretty ships.

I love the old TF scout. Please keep it. (I don't want to disencourage you raing, but focus on their ints and figs first. stay away from the scout and the bbr please) :-(
I have a johnson photo in my profile since 2010.

If you see a model in a game screen shot it is "capable" of being put on AU. Yes, the hitbox won't be perfect, but it would still be close.

I have a model he is working on that is much more similar to the old scout. You'll have to see what you think.

Aparently hitbox is done and worked out well

But being more similar to the old TF scout is a good thing... how?

Griffin is a modeller first and a texturer a reluctant second. This is ready and glorious. It will be a waste not to use it.

Hmm, it is an awesome model, but before an "official" update, I'd like more confidence in the hitbox than "raingriffin says they work".

This might make me want to play TF more.

This is why I posted actually, and everybody knows I'm a hater when it comes to TF. It's crumbling though, now that they don't have leads, and are potentially going to start looking good.

As for the hitbox, if somebody is willing to host a test core, we can give it a good testing.
