Agreed... and this is why I should take CDT-1. Because I am constiantly over looking these stuffs (perks/nerfs of factions).

Speaking of which it is pity there is only so much public ACS materials shared.
Imho, the more there is, the bigger chance more folks would dare to start comm (or at least trying) on regular basis ...
