Well, I don't really have anything to say about TF Tac, and it's the whole problem... I've played it maybe 2 or 3 times only.

I remember a few months ago while playing for Spidey, I asked what was TF Tac like(Hoping I'd get to see it), the general answear was "You don't wanna know!".

I can't really say what's wrong with TF tac, I have no suggestions on how to fix it but there's obviously a problem.

I think it needs a perk in order to at least make people want to give it a try.

IMO, TF Tac needs no perks. RT's used it in a squad game... and Cort's soloed a bomber. Out from under it's nans. With a TF stealth and PW killer or something like that. Actually, I think Cort killed three bombers that game, but oh well.

The thing is that it requires a degree of skill that other Tac doesn't. Rix has combat pods, everyone else has missiles. TF requires actual aim. It might need some changes to bring it more into the easy-to-use category, but I'm not sure how that would be accomplished

TF tac has a rough start because their lt. SFs have neither lead indicators nor SRP Killers. They're also short Sniper unless its been picked up. Once reg SFs with sniper and killer come up its not a terribly uphill battle anymore. The problem has been getting PUG teams to survive with only basic scouts and lt. SFs for defense until the useful tech finishes.

Since TF doesn't have missiles and so doesn't start Tac with Hunter 1, would it make sense to give then Sniper 1 as soon as a Tac is built, to make it easier to defend?

If you go TF Tac, also get bombers and use them to D (good luck in a PuG). The loss of hunter 1 is more of an impediment to miner o than station d.

The main problem with tf tac is as Xeretov sais thay have a weak start , lt sfs even with util 2 dont have enough energy to get a miner to half hul ( if it has shields up) yet along kill it , thay have 30 sec of cloak .
And those 6 minutes until u get normal stealth fighters are crucial.
Also even if u get adv sfs those 3 guns drai energy fast u cant use then wen u are cloaked in 5 seconds it wil deplete your energy .
So the best perk wil be to eider increase theyr total energy or energy regen , and maybe boost the speed of srp killers or range .
Other than that tf tac is fine

I'd like to see SFs across the board get an agility increase, but TF in particular is so reliant on the guns that it makes a difficult switch for new players. Also their sb's are slow as @#(!.

Their sbs might be slower then the average bear but they are more powerful.

With TF Tac it goes crappy start, then normal ish until you get killers then they are good tac, then you get advanced tac with 3 sniper2 and killer projectiles which are a thousand times better then the missiles and they just become cheese, not to mention like thier rix counterparts of dropping @#(! they become very annoying, so it sort of evens out in really crap start with super awesome finish.
