I've been able to play other games: Second life, Unreal tournamint, and other smaller multiplayer games. I even played on my windows XP with the same anti-spywares. But Allegiance won't connect to the games dislayed after the scrolling text. My spyware even has a gaming mode designed to take down the walls to let games through. But it's still not working. I even tried downloading the asgs clients/updater zip folder.

And I know you might try to list uninstalling my anti-spyware anyway, but it's not my computer os I can't do that.

I am using a Windows VISTA desktop.

Doesn't matter. Allegiance uses old connection technology to connect to it's server which gets blocked by some modern AVs/Firewalls.

If you are using for example Mcaffee or Norton (and some others) Disabling the Firewall/AV DOes Not work. You need to fully remove the AV using the removal tool from the appropriate website, run it and reboot.

Regardless - Please fill out the template indicated in the Read Me at the top of this page. Help the helpline to help you, they cannot indicate the true problem without some more information.

Fill out the template.
Don't be surprised, should we tell you that it is your AV/firewall, we have more experience with Allegiance. :)
