Try sending a PM to Adam4 to make sure they got your application, maybes? I think you will probably have to wait for the next session though, since it's been a while.

But you can still read all the same materials for CDT that are on the Wiki, you just won't have access to the forum to discuss it and ask questions and stuff. But you can still learn!

I actually can't speak for the Cadet Admin, of course, but usually everyone who signs up after the cut-off will be in the next session. In the meantime, you can pre-read all the information (if you haven't already done so).
