problem after update

Modem (Make and Model#):hdaudio soft data fax modem with smart pc
Router (Make and Model#):pirelli
Internet Service Provider(company name):telecom
Location(State/Province/Locality, and Country):italy
Installed Mods:

Make and Version of firewall:windows firewall
Make and version of anti-virus:nod 32 version3.0.679.0

Confirm that you have the following installed:

Problem Encountered at Step #:1
Which Program (ASGS/Allegiance):asgs (alleginace start)
What Error Message:asgs client stop work
Comments (What you tried, description, etc):
allegiance work fine before i made this update but after it close at start
i think the the problem was the net 3.5 hotfix but i cant unistall it and net

2.0 disapear from from list of program in control panel. I try reinstall it

but it say it already installed

.Net 3.5 has .Net 2.0 already bundled with it, so that's why you're getting the "already installed" message.

Unfortunately, that's all I can help you with at the moment... I don't have any experience with Vista. Someone should be along to help you, though.
