Giga, Bios all have gun mounts that just kinda make you cringe. But for giga, their strength lies in the Lxy, and the BIOS in the HTT's that are nigh invisible.
First of all, I agree with Gui on the fact that there should be differences in the gunmounts... but if the above means that the Giga exp's strength lies in the lux ints... :o

If the CC project wasn't on hold until either Aarm or Apoch return to Allegiance properly  I'd be very happy that most voted for the 4th gun (and presumably normal fuel) for the 500$ so called lux int.

I recently had the misfortune to fly a lux int, and a and the blessing of a lux scout (had been a while). The latter is well worth the 500 credits when economy is good (as is the lux fig) but the so called luxury interceptor is a sick joke. The only explanation I can think of is that the creator really, really hated Giga exp.

That ship is such massive fail, I switched back to a regular (still sucky, but slightly less) Giga heavy int as soon as I could. A stupid lead indicator and a uselessly long ripcord time do not even offset the massive fuel nerf, much less make it a ship worth 500 credits. I suppose it's all a big scam, and you actually pay for the nifty tabby pattern paint job :glare:

I guess the point is Giga starts with pretty good expansion capabilities even without the expansion (what with the starting enh miners/cons, high capacity miners, etc).
Remember, though expansion has evolved into kicking the enemy's ass through firepower; expansion was probably designed with the 'faster resource reaping' capacities in mind.

See? The gun on the right of the picture is TOTALLY grazing that engine-type-thing on the side of the Belter int. It's fine. >_>

Also those are pretty awesome pictures. I had no idea belter ints were so *tiny.*

If these pictures are correct, then I propose BIOS ints be scaled down a bit, having it twice as long and 3 times as fat as a belters int is a bit ridiculous.
