ASGSClient.exe invalid sign. loop

I'm stuck in a loop with the ASGS 2.2 update. When I start the game it gets 2 validating then errors and asks to repair file.

I've said yes to repair AND manually updated.

Same thing even after deleting allegiance.exe, asgsclient.exe...

Any help would be nice. I'm trying to set up a XP SP3 system.

What version of ASGS do you currently have?

The build# can be seen at bottom-left once ASGSClient.exe is opened.
