Reprice GAs?

When we are talking GA's (though I do not want to derail this thread too much) maybe we should talk about if we want a 3rd GA level.
This could prevent prolonged games, especially when the teams went the same techpath.

I'd rather have cheese tech for ending the game than a third level of GA's that would get bought before game ending tech (PW range 3 or dmg 3 for instance)
