Agreed. He speed is looking pretty useless. But then, does Exp need a buff?

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.

Another problem of the he3 speed as an econ boost is that about half of the time, the miner isn't mining, it is moving between rocks and bases. The he3 speed upgrade is closer to a 5% decrease in paydays than to a 10% one.

Also, what about a ship shield GA under tac? I know it used to make sense(When SFs had med shields, people rarely dismounted it), but it just don't anymore. Imo, the mining speed GA is 10x more usefull for exp than the ship shield GA is for tac.

Although it is a wider topic, I beleive that the original devs somewhat messed up when they made all devels have a 10% impact 2k/2.5k. Some upgrades are just more usefull than others and it just make no sense that they all work the same way. I think that the CC should do like noir did with sup techs: half the price of the less usefull GAs. Sup really sucked when you had to pay 5k for Abs/ACs/Gat/Dis/dumbs/probes/etc(No figbees, no XRM, no SF carriers too).
