Cadet I

hi i filled out the forms for cadet II program, recieved a mail asking me to apply for Cadet I, but I dont see anywhere to do this, the main site seems to be on a link loop which doesnt give me a sign up...

It said I should do the forum program, which I dont see, I only see the command program...

Any help would be great
