R4 server binaries

I am trying to test a server, and I'm having a heck of a time finding the official r4 server binaries..

Link's anyone?

That doesn't link to any server binaries....

I want server binaries that we know work, because I'm trying to determine if its my config that screwing stuff up, or the binaries...

http://www.freeallegiance.org/downloads/Se...ver%20Setup.exe
to install R3, then overwrite with
http://fazdev.alleg.net/FAZ/R4Build/AllSrvR4.zip

I think that's them, anyway.
