Issue with bios capping bases

playing game as bios, captured a rix BASIC sup, and then realized I can't up the base, and I can't buy adv tech!

please fix this!

IMO: It shouldn't be Adv but upgrade should be possible at standard Bios cost (50% off).

I'd guess its an issue with Bios, they don't have the adv base research option because all thier bases are advanced anyway, if you had a sup yourself then I think it would have advanced in 10 mins.

Yes, doesn't it upgrade on it's own in 10 min? This is such rarely seen stuff that I'm not sure anymore.

It's a core thing i think, Bios don't have to adv techbases normally so they don't get the option to research it. Im pretty sure if bios had an adv sup and then capped the regular sup the regular sup would upgrade in 10mins.
