So this goes way back....like 4-5 years ago when Microsoft still ruled Allegiance's Universe, but I was wondering if any scholar writers out there in the community ever tried to bring back the Zone Games. You know the ones where the Allegiance storyline was based off of what actually happened in the game. Or is there just no interest for this....yet. Or did the storyline just abruptly stop and now everyone just plays for kicks and giggles and the occasional "good game."
Just a question, since I need to be updated on about two years of Allegiance history.
Remember those Zone Games....

One project was done about the time you left. Nothing since. The issue was for the team leaders to keep updating maps, etc.
At home I know I have one or two screenshots of the MOTD right after those games.

In a clan I controled on WoW named the Solstice Knights, we were known for making up a realtime storyline as the guild progresses on a weekly basis. The hardest part isn't organization, but actually finding time to write the damn stories, edit, etc.
If we get this going again I'll need volunteers with some writing experience and some people who are in charge of coordinating server time games to get the news out and the ball rolling. It can be done within a less than a month once people actually want it and gear toward it.
The biggest leap won't be setting up the first game and getting people to attend since on average there seems to be at least 50-80 players on during peak hours, but rather setting up the first story. A lot of reading into the past archieves and creativity needs to be done.
Like I said before. I won't mind sacrificing time for it.

Feel free to start organizing then who knows what will happen. As BV mentioned, it's hard to see something thru sometimes, though I'll cheer you on from the bleachers. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
n.b. I may not see a forum post replied to me or a pm sent to me for weeks and weeks...

Exactly what I'm looking for Pap. Congrats, you are hired as manager and producer of this nonsense poop.
If the idea seems well accepted I'll post another topic concerning the exact parameters of how this is going to unfold. I already have some interesting ideas...such as using spellcheck!
