XT needs serious practice in the use of Hvy ints. As such, we want to a game this saturday, September 30, where the community tries to kill our hvy ints. The rules:
-The world team can only use Belters
-The world team cannot buy a tech base, nor can they buy gunships
-XT will get Hvy ints
-The world must kill 30 XT hvy ints to "win"
-If XT gets 100 kills with their hvy ints, we win
Hope to see you there!

Hmm. Heavy Ints vs. Belter Figs. Hmm... Am I missing something. You need a 3.33 to 1 kill ratio or better to win. Hmmm...
This is my nan. Without it, I am nothing. Without me, my nan is nothing.
It's better to be on the ground wishing you were flying than flying wishing you were on the ground.
Fighter pilots make movies. Attack pilots make history.

...don't worry, it's another of night's lame attempts as sarcasm. Stick to trash talk, baby girl, at least it sounds sincere.overkill13 wrote:QUOTE (overkill13 @ Sep 27 2006, 05:31 PM) Hmm. Who needs your criticism? It sounds like a fun time and I'm sure XT is willing to bend the rules if somehow it turns that it isn't balanced as perfectly as some of our resident blow-hards seem to imagine that it should be.

You want int practice eh? There is a simple solution that I'm sure you'll find too stupid to actually try. Launch the last training mission and stay alive for as long as you can without using missles. There you go...All the int practice you need.
What else is there...let's see....hmm....how about....don't fire or boost before hand when SNEAKING up to an enemy. And instead of flying on a head on collision course with the target, try swooping around to their backside and then boost. BOOST LIKE MAD.
If in a real dogfight then, side thrust a @#(!load in multiple directions, not just in the predictable circle that everyone seems to be performing. (This includes alas...the rolling of the ship. WOAH, who would have thought?) Also remember that you can thrust backwards!!! And if you are really good, use course heading lock as well.
If you are flying in a pack ignore all of the above, becuase the chances are you'll kill whatever it is you're aiming for even if you miss. This is due to the whoring effect of the other ints around you. Yes that's right...You don't have to do @#(! ladies and gentlemen and I bet my bottom dollar that whatever the goal may be, you will still accomplish it indirectly. (Warning: Never try this tactic when flying alone or in groups of less than two ints)
Okay...well, that sums up Int training. Drop by next lesson learn to how to come up with a better idea for practice rather then proclaiming a useless game when we can all be having fun playing a real game /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />
