TT/EMP turret

Basically what AC is to gat, an emp turret would be to emp can.

Why the hell does it matter zdude?

And in response to IB, it wouldn't really make TTs anymore useful unless the EMP turret did something like three times as much damage and consumed three times less energy/ammo. If so, then I'd be inclined to support it to make Exp slightly more useful. Even if they'd only cost 1 cred and this could be spammed to cap ops and such.
