Cannot get ingame

It's 8:40 Saturday morning 7/8/6..I can't get into the game.
The intro screeen under "free games-zone matchmaking service" does not appear. /mad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":mad:" border="0" alt="mad.gif" />

Did you check the help Knowledge Base? Most answers can be found there. Also, if the problem persists, please start your own thread... it makes it so much easier for people to help you.
