All I did was click the "Discussion" tab in the aforementioned Wiki page, and I seem to have created a topic here.

Which is the intended action of pressing the discussion button, maybe there should be a warning/confirmation box when you press the discuss button so people actually know whats happening.

I'm sure TB will come over here soon to delete this.

Yes, discussions take place on the forum. It allows us to easily track new discussion topics and include the community at large

The link seems to be broken though, a new bug with the new forum!
