can we get the FoF principle imported to all cores or at least this one? no reason not too really and it would stop those stupid moments where a fig flys between you and the bomber, and also against the tards who ruin games by nanning enemy bombers
Get over yourselves, don't try to win arguments on the internet where the option of a punch in the mouth is unavailable

I wish. The way it works is a negative damage (healing) weapon and positive damage weapon fire out of the same weapon mount at the same frequency (the positive damage weapon is more powerful). With drones it's not a problem since they can't unmount guns. But with people they could just unmount the healing weapon and have an uber gun that damages faster than nan heals.
Yeah. It's impractical when equipped on a non-drone ship, as the damaging weapon does the same amount that a nan does (without being negative) plus the amount a gat does

Yeah, so did I. Then I looked at the core, and I called Mr. Absorbent clever.
Something like Phoenix could do it - with a separate hull type. Have the one hull type have a negative damage modifier so that it heals, and have the other hull type have positive damage so that it simply damages it.
