(You have a lot more cred on this board than I do I figure so I'd assume you posting details would make more sense)
mesial would probably gladly host it on his site, so would BV (on the academy) and probably TE (here / on the wiki?), I've got FTP access to mesial's site and can upload stuff if you wanted if you could email it to me. Once someone has hosted it, people will put it in the correct places.

I have Allegiance on my computer, I never knew there were disks of it though, I know Freespace had two disks and I have both of them, I'd love to have Allegiance on disk, but the install I downloaded will have to do huh?
