Wife started to play, now it crashes us

My wife just decided to try and play. DeathHo's daughter. We installed it on her laptop, made her an account with her e-mail address, and put her computer in the game. Firestorm happened to be down in Florida so he was the first to use the computer in Allegiance. Me SR-71 and SerbsHamster(wife's computer) all played 3 games that night no problem. We packed up her laptop and it sat in her bag for 2 weeks now. My computer and SR-71 are both playing in game as I type this. However whenever my wife tries to connect to the game it kicks all of us off with return code:5. This is only the 2nd time we have connected her laptop to internet and tried to log into allegiance. Any ideas?

But in all seriousness, let me try to understand what's happening.

First of all - who is "my wife"? Is that the same person as "DeathHo's Daughter"?

I've reread the first post in this topic and I am more confused now than I was before - I do not understand who is "my wife"... or even worse... Who is "me"?
Biohazard, your callsign doesn't appear anywhere in the links. Are you "me"?
When you say "Me, SR-71, and SerbsHamster (wife's computer)"..... what does that mean?

Please retype your first post making it explicitly clear which callsigns are involved (don't say "my wife logged in" say "ThisCallsign logged in") and which computers are involved.
