I read through this w/o looking at the date, thinking that I'd missed a huge amount of XT drama in a very short amount of time.

I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors with your squad. i myself lead a new squad once, but a few months in i was recalled to active duty and had no Ability to push the team ahead. Leading a squad isint easy at all. it requires ALOT of time and an active commander. good luck.
the universe is a big place...you will not be missed.
