There will be late signups available, but not for a couple of weeks after the commencement of Allegiance Wars: Fleet Command. To take part in the draft and get to play the first two rounds you must sign up prior to Friday at 9pm EST. Draft takes place on Sunday at 5pm EST on the Allegiance servers! Signups are HERE<------
