I have an update pending to Windows Service Pack 3, I was curious if anyone has updated to it, and if they have, do they have any allegiance related trouble...

SP3 includes only security updates. The only software had big problems with SP3 was Norton Internet Security 2008.

I installed it quite some time ago, no problems at all.

Yeah and the issue with SP3 causing problems on AMD machines is for manufacturers that use mass intel drivers - or something related to nonsense.

And those issues might have been fixed.
