That makes no sense. One of the key parts of lt boost is that they CANNOT see you coming all while traveling at greater speed than just flying there due to its lower sig. Also with lt booster you can use up 3/4 of a tank and then use the last quarter to boost 5k out of your way to get a powerup and you are back to full fighting status.
The key is to carry another booster with you

I think he means 194% (lt boost sig) vs 294% (boost1 sig) still means a scout eyes you over 5k away.
