8800gt and 3 frames per second

umm... i have an nvidia factory overclocked 8800gt, 5ms moniter, a ping of 60ms and this game is 7 years old and i have like 3 frames per second. works fine on my old comp with horrible specs. please help?

hey thanx now i can acutally play. i noticed 2 gliches so far, no door in base and i cant hear my weapons swapping, the later is a bit bothersome.. what else can i expect?
