Alleg Server

I have downloaded a copy of the Allegiance Server application and have installed it on two seperate machines, but I am having issues with it crashing and it will not even allow me to connect. What should I do to correct the issue. Below is a copy of the log file it creates. It appears that It can not listen on a certain port that it needs. What ports need to be opened for it?

After setting my router to DMZ settings so traffic can get through to the pc, this is what I am receiving now:
