IC Rookies seems overpowered, judging from the high GAs. This one's not going to suffer the same fate:
Agility Bios
Perks:
Agility (1.35)
Cheap tech (50% off)
Adv techbases come standard
Ripping pods
Fast build times (60s for mnrs and carriers, 30s for ops, teles and refs)
Gr8 Spd and accel (1.15)
Lt ints and Lt stl figs as starting ships (Hmm... shouldnt the original Bios have starting stl figs?)
Cheap ops ($4000) and tele/refs ($2400)
Cons:
Long research (10 min)
Poor base repairs (0.85)
Weak sm cons, making fast build times a must (No shields, 0.85 hull)
Expensive techbases ($15000)
Poor shipshd repair
ICE Global Modifiers
Speed: 1.15
Accel: 1.15
TurnRate: 1.25
TurnTorque: 1.35
BaseHull: 1
BaseShield: 1
Basehullrepair: 0.85
BaseShieldRepair: 0.85
ShipHull: 1
ShipShield: 1
Shipshdrepair: 0.85
Sig: 1
Sensors: 1
EW&PWRange: 1
EW&PWDmg: 1
Msltrack&Dmg: 1
Ripcord: 1
Energy: 1
Cost: 0.5
Research: 10 min
Economy: Nominal.
Do you have any interest in this? /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />
EDIT: Removed lxy ints.
There's IC Rookies, so may I make a mod of Bios?

Ok, I know, this faction mod may not make its way to a core... but I love the idea of imagining ideas.
What if this wasnt a mod? Backstory below...
NAME: ShuttleCorp.
The ShuttleCorp was a car manufacturing company, and was the first of them to introduce automobiles to flight, and then into space. They have developed the next generation of space travel - one that will not require bulks and bulks of fuel, and oversized afterburners. Instead, they are all compact in one small spacemobile, giving their invention the nickname 'mini-ships'.
They had superior constructors, being able to construct their factories faster than any other corporation. They were also efficient, and so cost cheaper to use.
They had also introduced combat equipment to their mini-ships, but this project was kept secret until a war would stir.
Now, after the destruction of the Earth, the ShuttleCorp were forced to use their secret combat cars to ensure the continuity of their survival.
---End of backstory---

I now think Eon is just TB having his own fun at everyone else's expense
I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

My apologies.
Why would a car manufacturer call itself ShuttleCorp.
Current Allegiance era space travel does not require "bulks and bulks" of fuel, so this is not a gameplay advantage.
The whole point of lxy ints is that they are better than hvy ints, how would you balance out your "new" lxy ints and heavy ints without making them horrifically overpowered when you get to the "hvy lxy int" stage. Not to mention the confusion that would / could ensue with normal Giga lxy ints.
Wouldn't a faction consisting of "mini-ships" have a redundant SY.
Even taking into consideration all the other points I have made above, the fact that you do not understand the purpose of IC Rookies shows you need to play the game more instead of fiddling around in ICE. People say it takes a long time to garner respect from this community, they're right, listen to them, because it takes a very, very long time.

Rewritten backstory below...
NAME: AutoCorp.
The AutoCorp was a car manufacturing company, and was the first of them to introduce automobiles to flight, and then into space.
They had superior constructors, being able to construct their factories faster than any other corporation. They were also efficient, and so cost cheaper to use.
They had also introduced combat equipment to their vehicles, but this project was kept secret until a war would stir.
Now, after the destruction of the Earth, the AutoCorp were forced to use their secret combat cars to ensure the continuity of their survival.
---End of backstory---
All cars will have their tyres replaced with jets
Proposed Models:
Scout = Looks like VW Beetle
Interceptor = Looks like SSC Aero
Fighter = Looks like Proton Gen2
Stealth Figther = Looks like the BATMOBILE!
Bomber/Gunship/TT/HTT = Looks like a tank... (Huge turret replaced with missile launcher, smaller turrets on the sides)
Constructor = Looks like Optimus Prime in vehicle mode (Original Transformers, series 1)
Miner = Looks like dump trucks
I'm gonna have to think how the capital class ships will look like...
Suggestion: Trains?
