It goes like this

My PC<-----Sister<-----Modem<------ISP

Now i Keep getting the Cannot Connect to Lobby Error. I've Tried Enabling the Port 2300-2400 in Windows On BOTH mine and My Sisters Firewall, Allowed it in Zone Alarm on both Pcs, Used DXport to Force ports 2300-2400 On BOTH mine and my sister's PCs and I still get the Error.

I'm getting really Pissed OFF!

Help?

P.S. My modem is a Motorola SB5100

Uh, so.. Lemme get this straight, you're using ICS to forward the connection from your modem, to your sister's computer, to yours?

What I'm trying to figure out, is HOW your sister's PC is routing the connection between your three computers. Does your sister have 4 Network cards in her computer? Is she using ICS (Internet connection sharing)?

From what I can gather, your sister's computer needs to forward the 2300-2400 ports from its taking from the modem, and (where the problem is) needs to forward those ports to yours.

Okay okay we understand the hardware that wires the connection to your computer. But what about the software? Which program/service running on your sister's computer is forwarding the packets to your computer?

Is it Microsoft's "Internet Connection Sharing"?
Is it a VPN tunnel?
Is it NetworkMagic?
Is she forwarding the packets manually by screaming OneOneZeroOneZeroZeroOneOneZeroOne! down the stairs?
Is it something else?

Whatever it is, you need to configure it to forward ports 2300-2400 from her computer to your computer.

on my SISTER'S Computer I went to the Connection Properties->Advanced Tab

Internet Connection Sharing-> Settings

Then Added a Service

E.G.

Description of Service:
Alleg Ports

IP address of computer that will be using this service:
192.168.0.24

External Port:
2300

Internal Port:
2400

With TCP selected

Anyway.... It worked for me so I'm Happy =3
