Most Craziest Idea so far.

Bios - Increase payday so they don't need miners. Still Allow miners but make them 20k, no shields and 20% sig. [Just imagine adv tac bios miner sig] /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":lol:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

A giant override chain doesn't work well.

However, you can have it work for bases with base upgrades

I jst want to put a post here for the hell of it. I thought DN was okay for the most part, but I do have to admit the stangs are unfair. What's a Zwitterstang, how do I get it, and what faction belongs to it?

Just because i got sidetracked by maps doesn't mean this is over.

Why can't dreg miners offload at he mines?

Why dont dreg he3 mines have Lazer cannons with 10k range and 259023 damage per shot. Additionally its a rapid fire gattling lazer gun so it can take out large groups of fighters.

Why dont they provide $20k/sec and cost $40k?

Cam cam cam cam. The he mine is a special REF, that extracts he, naturally it should be able to deal with a miner load.

because you tend to build these things in sectors you've already mined out completely (ones closer to home). and unless you rushed he mines (...) you would have to be building forward HE mines to use them as refs

So you are basically saying miners cant offload there because...actually I dont think you argued a case against I just think you said it wouldn't be useful, unless you have he mines from the start [or they replace dreg refs altogether]
