I don't have time (until weekend) to test the uninstall process on my vista installation. Hopefully I will have the time then and update the uninstall guide.

I managed to steal me some time. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
Stuff I tried in order of trying:

Vista SP 1, no 2.0 or 3.5 previously installed

007b error

1)
After removal of 1.1 via Add/Remove and use .net cleanup tool and reinstallation of 1.1:
007b error

2)
After uninstallation of 1.1 and use of cleanup tool and NO reinstallation of 1.1:
007b error !

3)
After installation of 1.1 and 3.5:
007b error

4)
After uninstallation of 3.5:
007b error

5)
After uninstallation of 1.1 and use of cleanup tool and NO reinstallation of 1.1:
007b error

6)
after use of cleanup tool and reinstallation of 1.1:
007b error

All was done without restarts, because of limited time. So far I have been unable to launch ASGS on this system. I will try it with rebooting between changes on the weekend.

I will try to install .net 2.0 and 3.5 again and then remove them. I guess that the cleanup tool is outdated thanks to SP1. :(

Well, I was talking about Vista. The tool obviously has problems with finding .net installed by the SP1 on vista.
