Text MDL Random images?

Is there a way to make a text mdl file for loading ship textures load a random image?

So if it's fig05bmp.mdl, replace that with a text mdl file that will load one of these: 'fig05a.png' 'fig05b.png' 'fig05c.png'

right now, i don't think so
in future, maybe

work around: have a script you run before starting allegiance that modifies the text .mdl and changes the text in it, that would allow the image to be changed every time you re-start allegiance

Well, there is a 'random sound' thing, as evidenced in sounddef.mdl, so I wasn't sure if there was something similar for other things

Sadly, Allegiance seems to dislike gif images.. (This is on topic, I swear! Animation and random images are related!)
