Is any any plan to make Allegiance support unicode and Asian character input? I used the search function, nothing came up so I decide to make a topic here.

There are currently no plans to do this. That is not to say that someone could take the code and give this a try, but given the code was not written with this in mind and a lot of text is 'hard coded' into images, this would be a rather difficult undertaking.

Oops, sorry about posting in the wrong section, documentation and development, blah. Thanks for the replies, though. Well, maybe not complete localization. But is there like a script file or something that can be easily edit that change, say, the displayed words in the voice chat menu?

Yes... I forget the name of the file, but that's possible. You can even make your own chat packs (but is kind of pointless if other people aren't using them, too).
